SOUTHBOUND

  1. Merge onto Interstate 94 East.

  2. Take Exit 310C for 11th Street/James Lovell Street.

  3. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for James Lovell Street.

  4. Turn right onto James Lovell Street.

  5. Turn left onto W Freshwater Way.
