When can I tour? To schedule a tour please send an email to inquiries@riverplacelofts.com or call (920) 268-9801. Depending on the unit being toured, a 24-hour notice may be required.

What is included and not included in my rent? Our rental includes water, sewer, and trash services at no additional cost. Residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, and wifi expenses. The property is pre-wired for AT&T Fiber. 

Is there an amenity fee? There is no amenity fee, however there is a fee to reserve the club rooms, pontoon boat, and golf simulator. 

How much is parking? We offer convenient monthly parking options: outdoor parking is available at $90 per month, while indoor parking is offered at $225 per month. 

Can I switch apartments within the property during my lease? Residents are more than welcome to switch units at the end of their lease term, however moving units during the lease term is not allowed.

What is available? To view our available apartments, go to the “Availability” menu item and select “Availability”.  

What is the difference between the buildings? There are four total buildings on the property, Beam House, Docks Building, Finishing House, and Power House. To learn more about the buildings and their finishes please visit the “Property” menu item.

If I am in one building, do I still have access to the amenities in another building? Yes! Regardless of which building you are in, you will have access to the property and amenities.

Are the units you have listed as “available” accurate? Yes! Our website is continually updated with apartments that are and will be available for rent. The earliest apartments will be listed for is 60 days.
