PET POLICY

River Place Lofts is a pet-friendly community! We welcome cats & dogs with some breed restrictions! A one-time non-refundable deposit of $375 is required, as well as a monthly pet rent of $45 per pet. Please contact the office for more details.

FEES

Our rental includes water, sewer, and trash services at no additional cost. Residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, and wifi expenses. The property is pre-wired for AT&T Fiber. We offer convenient parking options: indoor parking is available at $225 per month, while outdoor parking is offered at $90 per month. Move-in fees consist of an application fee of up to $75 and a security deposit of $1,000.
