Wellness begins at home. We’ve partnered with local trained professionals to provide exclusive fitness services that support your whole-being health. Our wellness program at River Place Lofts is designed to nurture all three dimensions, providing you with an opportunity to cultivate balance and realign your mind, body, and spirit.

River Place Lofts is currently offering in-house yoga and fitness classes.

PET POLICY

At River Place Lofts, we believe pets are family too! Our pet-friendly community welcomes both cats and dogs, with a few breed restrictions. A one-time, non-refundable deposit of $375 is required, along with a monthly pet rent of $45 per pet. For more information, please reach out to the office.

FEES

Our rental includes water, sewer, and trash services at no additional cost. Residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, and wifi expenses. The property is pre-wired for AT&T Fiber. We offer convenient parking options: indoor parking is available at $225 per month, while outdoor parking is offered at $90 per month. Move-in fees consist of an application fee of up to $75 and a security deposit of $1,000.

We strive to minimize amenity fees whenever possible; however, the following fees currently apply. Reserving a club room for a day costs $200, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis otherwise. The fee for using a pontoon boat and the guest suite varies depending on the time of year. Additionally, the golf simulator is available for $10 for four hours of use.
